Interpret and prioritise
Step 7 of 8: establish what the findings mean
Analysis shows the pattern. This step establishes what it means. I apply alliance expertise to the findings, because the same result can carry very different implications depending on the value, purpose, history and dependencies of the relationship.
The findings are then translated into proportionate priorities and clear choices.
What this step settles
For each relationship, group or area in scope, the outcome is a clear view of where to invest, improve, intervene, maintain or reconsider. Each choice is tied to the finding that supports it.
Why it matters
The evidence establishes the position, and judgement connects it to a response of the right size. Without this step, findings can be accurate and still leave the reader unsure what to do. Prioritising keeps effort on the issues that matter to the decision and leaves alone the parts of the relationship that need no intervention.
Starting the conversation
If any of this reflects a relationship or decision you are working through, get in touch. A short outline of what you are trying to understand is enough to start, and I will help you work out the most proportiona
