Analyse and benchmark
Step 6 of 8: find the patterns across responses and relationships
Once the responses are in, AI-supported analysis identifies patterns, alignment, differences and outliers across them. Doing this by hand across many responses or relationships would be slow and inconsistent.
The analysis builds comparative insight across relationships, and over time as evidence accumulates.
What this step produces
- Where views align and where they differ, within a relationship and between teams or organisations.
- Recurring themes across responses.
- Outliers that sit outside the wider pattern.
- Comparisons between relationships, tiers or groups, and against earlier readings.
The analysis shows what the evidence says. It does not decide what the evidence means, which is the next step.
Why it matters
Benchmarking turns individual results into context. A score becomes more useful when you can see how it compares with other relationships and how it has moved since the last time it was measured.
