VISIBILITY SNAPSHOT
Clarify where closer attention may be useful
If a partner relationship, channel or upcoming decision feels worth a closer look but the question is not yet clear, the complimentary Visibility Snapshot provides a useful starting point.
Fifteen structured questions give you an initial view of where the current approach appears well supported and where further examination may be useful.
Complimentary. Fifteen questions. Completed in a few minutes.
What the Visibility Snapshot considers
Partner visibility depends on more than the amount of reporting available. It also depends on whether the evidence remains current, whether the people involved are aligned and whether important changes can be recognised early enough to influence a decision.
Change: Whether changes in partner priorities, capability, commitment or market focus are being recognised and reflected in the current view.
Evidence: How reporting, internal knowledge, governance and partner perspectives are brought together when decisions are made.
Alignment: Whether leadership priorities, internal ownership and partner expectations are sufficiently clear and connected.
Decisions: Whether choices about investment, intervention and resources are supported by current evidence or by assumptions that may need to be tested.
Warning signals: How early indications of changing performance, opportunity, commitment or risk are identified before they become visible in the commercial results.

Together, these five areas provide an initial view of how well the current approach supports partner decisions. They are not intended to judge the quality of individual teams or relationships.
A Snapshot is not a verdict
The result reflects the perspective and information available to the person completing it. It cannot verify the evidence, compare different stakeholders or establish what is happening across the wider ecosystem.
Its purpose is to show where the current approach appears well supported and which questions may benefit from closer examination.
What you receive
Your responses are brought together into a concise summary that provides an initial profile rather than the detailed evidence, comparison and recommendations produced through a full Visibility Assessment.
Initial visibility profile: A summary of how the current approach appears to support management visibility and partner decision-making.
Five-area view: A comparison showing where the strongest foundations appear to exist and where the current picture may be less complete.
Points of confidence: Clear observations identifying what appears well supported and can continue with greater confidence.

The Snapshot should leave you with a clearer question, not another unexplained score. That may be enough to support an internal discussion, confirm that no immediate action is required or identify where a broader evidence base would be valuable.
Start with a clearer view
Complete the complimentary Visibility Snapshot if you want an initial indication of where closer attention may be useful.
If the relationship, portfolio question or decision is already clear, you can skip the Snapshot and begin with that instead.
