Who We Are

We are an independent supplier oversight diagnostic and validation practice that helps organisations identify and correct the Oversight Gap.

The Oversight Gap is the structural condition that occurs when supplier oversight and governance does not evolve at the same speed as suppliers themselves. As suppliers evolve, expand their role, and become more deeply embedded in business operations, organisations often continue to rely on historic governance structures and assumptions. Oversight appears intact, reporting continues, and commercial relationships remain in place. However, the underlying supplier reality has changed.

This condition has developed as organisations have become increasingly dependent on external suppliers to deliver critical capabilities. Technology, infrastructure, operational services, and specialist expertise are now delivered through supplier ecosystems rather than internal teams. Over time, suppliers assume broader responsibilities, systems become more integrated, and operational dependency increases. Governance structures, contractual assumptions, and oversight mechanisms often remain anchored to the point at which the supplier relationship was first established.

This evolution occurs gradually. There is rarely a single moment where oversight fails. Instead, supplier capability advances, commercial models change, and operational reliance deepens, while organisational oversight continues to operate on the basis of historic understanding. The organisation retains confidence in its visibility and control, but that confidence may no longer reflect current supplier reality.

Organisations believe they have visibility, control, and commercial certainty. In reality, their true position may have shifted. The difference between where the organisation believes it is and where it actually is is the Oversight Gap.

We operate independently of suppliers. Our role is to establish an objective, evidence-based understanding of governance, commercial alignment, and structural control, and to ensure that oversight accurately reflects the organisation’s current supplier environment.

The Challenge

The Oversight Gap develops gradually as supplier environments evolve and governance remains anchored to historic structures. Oversight continues to operate, reporting remains in place, and supplier relationships appear stable. However, without independent validation, organisations cannot be certain that oversight reflects the current supplier reality.

This creates structural uncertainty. Commercial alignment may weaken, contractual positions may no longer reflect current reality, and organisational dependency may increase without corresponding governance adjustment. Internal governance alone cannot reliably identify this condition, as it operates within the same structures and assumptions that evolved alongside the supplier environment.

Establishing the True Position

Because the Oversight Gap cannot be reliably identified through internal governance alone, independent validation is required to establish whether supplier oversight reflects current supplier reality.

We begin with a free diagnostic.

This provides a structured, independent assessment of supplier oversight, governance maturity, and organisational visibility. It evaluates whether existing governance accurately reflects the organisation’s current supplier environment, or whether indicators of misalignment are present.

The diagnostic establishes an objective baseline. It replaces assumption with evidence and allows organisations to understand their true structural position. Where oversight remains aligned, this provides confirmation and assurance. Where misalignment is identified, it provides the foundation for deeper validation and corrective action.

Why Engage With Us

Organisations engage with us to establish certainty.

As supplier environments evolve, internal governance alone cannot always provide a fully independent view of supplier position, commercial alignment, and structural control. Assumptions persist, oversight appears intact, and supplier relationships continue to function. However, without structured, independent validation, organisations cannot be certain that their understanding reflects current reality.

Our work provides an independent, evidence-based assessment of supplier governance, commercial alignment, and organisational oversight. We replace assumption with validation and establish a clear, objective understanding of the organisation’s true supplier position.

This allows organisations to identify and correct misalignment, strengthen governance where required, and ensure that supplier oversight accurately reflects supplier dependency.

Our role is to ensure that organisations understand their true position, correct any identified Oversight Gap, and maintain alignment between supplier oversight and supplier reality as supplier environments continue to evolve.
